Our Catfield Fen Reserve will once again be open to members and the public for Swallowtails. Water levels permitting, there will be guided walks at 11am and 2pm, boat rides around the dykes may also be possible. Unaccompanied access is only possible along the Rond on the western and southern fringes of the Reserve. We hope to run some moth traps the night before, these will be opened in the carpark at 9.30am.
Parking at TG369215 postcode NR29 5DD by kind permission of Dr and Mrs S Holburn – sorry no dogs. Wellies highly recommended and essential if going into the Reserve. You might also find some insect-repellant useful.
