This trip will be to review the state of the reserve in the South West of the County. Marsh Fritillary occurred in good numbers in the past but did poorly in 2014.

Join the Devon Branch on a beautiful butterfly walk at this flagship reserve, where you can see the Marsh Fritillary butterfly and Narrow-bordered Bee Hawk moth.
Join Butterfly Conservation's Somerset & Bristol Branch at the Stoke Camp reserve, which has some spectacular views. We will be targeting species like the Small Blue, Brown Argus and may even see an early Ringlet butterfly.

Work at Southrey Wood is general woodland management, and the upkeep of the rides and footpaths. Your help would be much appreciated! Southrey is an important BC Reserve owned by the Forestry Commission.
