New members who have joined Butterfly Conservation in the last 12-18 months have are invited to a Welcome Event at Codford Village Hall followed by a guided walk around nearby Cotley Hill. This prominent hill to the East of Warminster is a super place for butterflies.
This is a National Garden Scheme Event. The Yorkshire Branch will have a stall at the event and on Sunday 7th June Allan Rodda and Jackie Holder will lead guided walks to Fordon Banks.
The Branch Chairman, Philip Hambly, invites you to his family farm at Lethytep - a wonderful wildlife area with ample butterfly walks and beautiful lakes. For a donation of £5, food will be provided, along with a tombola and raffle. Everyone is welcome!
