Join the Cornwall Branch on this guided walk on the Lizard searching for newly emerged Marsh Fritillary butterflies.
Held in conjunction with The Ted Ellis Trust at Wheatfen Nature Reserve, Surlingham. An opportunity to see Swallowtails.
The Branch Chairman, Philip Hambly, invites you to his family farm at Lethytep - a wonderful wildlife area with ample butterfly walks and beautiful lakes. For a donation of £5, food will be provided, along with a tombola and raffle. Everyone is welcome!
Join moth expert and Cornwall Moth Recorder, Leon Truscott, on this walk to find Marbled White butterflies, as well as Small Heath and Dark Green Fritillary butterflies. Six-belted and Thrift Clearwing moths can also be found at this site.
