Look For The Chequered Skipper

Look For The Chequered Skipper
Friday 24th May 2013: 11am – 4pm
Scotland - Claggan Road, Fort William, PH33 6PH

The event will provide an introduction to Chequered Skipper, the area’s most iconic species. Find out why this butterfly has such a restricted distribution via an indoor presentation followed by an afternoon field trip in Glen Nevis to look for Chequered Skipper.

It is hoped that participants will then look for Chequered Skipper in the Glen and elsewhere during the rest of its flight period as well as taking part in Butterfly Conservation Scotland’s Chequered Skipper survey.
