29th Annual General Meeting
Thursday 16th November 2017: 7.30pm
Queens University Malone Playing Fields Dub Pavillion, Malone Sports Facilities, Dub Lane, Belfast, BT9 5NB (off Upper Malone Road)

The committee of Butterfly Conservation Northern Ireland cordially invites you to our annual general meeting, this year marking 29 years of our organisation and 49 years of Butterfly Conservation.

Our AGM is a chance to take stock of where we have come to. Although small, we now have three members of staff operating in Northern Ireland, and 2017 saw our first dedicated conservation project launch, an exciting cross-border partnership with a range of organisations to promote the conservation of the Marsh Fritillary. Come and hear more about where we have come to and where we are going.

Formal business of the Chairman’s Report, Accounts and Membership Report will lead on to a talk by our Head of Conservation, Catherine Bertrand to bring us up to speed with what is happening here and further afield as Brexit looms and Butterfly Conservation looks forward to celebrating 50 years in 2018.

After formal business concludes we will be able to mingle and chat over refreshments.
