Our 2019 Members' Day and Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 16 November 2019, at Albrighton Hall Hotel, Ellesmere Road, Albrighton, Shrewsbury, SY4 3AG.
Please note: If you plan to have lunch at the hotel during the Members' Day, you are required to pre-order. The hotel has advised they cannot take lunch bookings on the day.
Due to the recent inclement weather in parts of the UK we have checked with the AGM venue and at this stage there are no issues with access, we do however recommend that you allow additional travel time in case of any diversions.
We will update this message should anything change.
Jacket potato with a selection of fillings and an assortment of fruit will be available at a cost of £10.00. Lunch MUST be ordered in advance as there will be no opportunity to order on the day.
A selection of teas and coffees will be available to
purchase throughout the day from the Albrighton Suite,
at a cost of £2.50.
There is complimentary parking at the hotel for Members’ Day and AGM attendees.
The West Midlands Branch raffle will be drawn during the afternoon session. Tickets can be purchased from the Branch stand during the day.

West Midlands Branch 40th Anniversary Celebratory Dinner
Saturday 16 November 2019 from 7.00pm to midnight (informal dress code), The Albrighton Suite, Albrighton Hall Hotel, Shrewsbury.
To commemorate the West Midlands Branch’s 40th Anniversary, the Members’ Day will be followed by a Celebratory Dinner, and we would be delighted if you were able to join us.
Tickets cost £30 per person and are inclusive of a three-course meal and wine.
