All Butterfly Conservation members are welcome to join our online Members' Day and AGM via YouTube webinar.  Non-members are also welcome to join the Members' Day.

Details of how to register, and attend can be found below. To ensure everyone's safety, the decision was taken to hold an online event for the second time.

Council Elections and Resolutions

All BC members over the age of 18 are eligible to vote on the Trustee Elections and Resolutions. Voting opens on Friday 24th September 2021, and please ensure you have placed your vote by 5pm on Friday 29th October 2021 as votes received after this date will not be counted. Remember to have your unique voting code to hand!

Please note voting on the Trustee Elections has now closed. The results will be announced at the AGM on 13th November 2021.

Please register here to attend the AGM. Once registered, you will receive an email notification containing a link to join on the day.

If you do not receive the confirmation email within 30 minutes, you may need to check your junk/spam inbox. If the confirmation has not been received, please contact @email or phone 01929 406020.

Registration will be open until Friday 12th November 2021.

How to join the AGM on the day

To join the AGM, click the link provided within the confirmation email.  This will take you to our YouTube channel.  You can join the meeting at any time in the morning, and the event will start at 10am on Saturday 13th November 2021.

How to ask a question for the Q&A Session

If you would like to ask a question at the AGM, please send your question in advance to Elaine Crooke at [email protected] by Wednesday 10th November 2021 at the latest.

It may not be possible to answer all questions due to limited time, and questions will be selected at random.  All questions submitted will be answered following the AGM.
