Butterfly Conservation members are welcome to attend either in person or online, and non-members are also welcome to join online to watch the Members' Day talks. Please read below for further details on attending.

Council Elections and Resolutions
All Butterfly Conservation members over the age of 18 are eligible to vote on the Council Elections and Resolutions. Voting opens on Friday 23 September 2022, and please ensure you have placed your vote by 5pm on Friday 28 October 2022 as votes received after this date will not be counted. Remember to have your unique voting code to hand!

How to ask a question for the AGM Q&A Session
If you are attending either in person or online, and would like to ask a question for the AGM Q&A session, please submit questions in advance to Elaine Crooke at [email protected], by Friday 4 November 2022 at the latest.
It may not be possible to answer all questions on the day due to limited time, and questions will be selected at random. We will publish answers to all the questions submitted after the AGM.
Attending in Person
If you are attending the Members' Day and AGM in person, there is no need to register in advance. On the day, registration commences at 9.30am, with the AGM beginning at 10.05am. For the full agenda, please click here to see the event programme.
There will be a variety of stalls for you to visit, as well as a raffle from the Yorkshire Branch of Butterfly Conservation. The raffle will be drawn during the afternoon session, and tickets can be purchased from the Branch stand during the day.
A selection of teas and coffees will be available to purchase throughout the day at a cost of £2.50. Please be aware the hotel is cashless, and purchases must be made by card only.
Lunch can be provided at a cost of £12.95 per person, and this includes a jacket potato with a selection of fillings, salad and an assortment of fruit. Unfortunately, the hotel cannot take lunch bookings on the day, and you MUST order in advance. There will be no opportunity to order lunch on the day.

Attending Online
Butterfly Conservation members are welcome to join our online Members' Day and AGM. Non-members are also welcome to join online to watch the Members' Day talks which start at 11.05am, however, the formal AGM is for Butterfly Conservation members only.
Registration
To attend online you are required to register in advance.
Once registered, you will receive a separate email confirming your attendance. You will then receive a further email approximately one week before the Members’ Day and AGM containing the link to join on the day.
If you do not receive the confirmation email within 30 minutes, you may need to check your junk/spam inbox. If the confirmation has not been received, please contact [email protected].
Registration will be open until Thursday 10th November 2022.
