This coastal Nature Reserve is most famous for its range of grassland, sand dune and salt marsh wildflowers, including several rare types of orchid.It is also known for its butterflies, seals birds and interesting rock formations.
Wear sturdy non-slip shoes or walking boots and protective clothes to suit the weather and exposed coast as there is no shelter. Please bring a packed lunch.
