Join us for another trip to the ancient woodland of Epping Forest in search of two stars of the butterfly world – the Purple Emperor and White Admiral. Silver-washed Fritillary and Purple Hairstreak are also likely to feature among the wide range of summer species resident here.

Meet outside the Epping Forest Visitor Centre (next to the Queen Elizabeth Hunting Lodge) in Chingford. Please park on the other side of the road in the Barn Hoppitt car park or in the larger Chingford Plain car park nearby.
