Meeting place:           Spey Bay Wildlife Reserve, meet at the carpark on The Lein. Grid Reference: NJ334656 (What3words: stencil,leaps,basically).

Description:  We will be removing regenerating broom using handtools, (Treepoppers, loppers and bowsaws), to prevent the shading out of various wildflowers –mainly Kidney Vetch the foodplant of Small Blue.

Approx duration: Up to 5 hours, but you are welcome to join in and leave whenever you want. Every little helps, so if you only want to come for an hour you will still be very welcome.

What’s needed:  Tools and gloves are provided. Family friendly but children must be with an adult. Please bring lunch, snacks and plenty to drink. Suitable outdoor clothing and footwear is recommended, including warm layers and waterproofs. Bring your own work gloves if you wish.
