Join White Cliffs Countryside Partnership and Butterfly Conservation for a walk looking for day-flying moths on the beautiful chalk grassland site Whinless Down. We will be finding moths, showing you how to use a net to get a closer look and identify which species live here, as well as pointing out rare butterflies like the Wall. This is the location where the Scarce Forester moth was last seen 10 years ago so keep your eyes peeled as we try to rediscover it!

Meeting and parking at 11am at the Elms Vale Recreation Ground, 189 Elms Vale Road, Dover CT17 9NN. From Dover Priory train station this is a 20 minute walk or 8 stops on the 63A bus to the Queens Avenue bus stop.
