Join us for a fun morning learning all about moths at Keltneyburn, just outside Aberfeldy!

Between 9am and 10.30am, Anthony McCluskey will be there open a moth light trap which will be set the night before. We expect to catch at least twenty different species, and they will be shown around the group inside plastic pots. At 11am, professional photographer Mike Hay will lead a one-hour session on macro-photography which will show people how to take photographs of small creatures like moths. The event will end at noon.

Date and time: Tuesday 23rd July. Moth trap opening: 9am - 10.30am. Marco-photography workshop: 11am - noon. You are welcome to come either or both of these aspects of the event. To see examples of Mike’s macro and other photography, you can visit the gallery on his website at www.mikehayphotography.com
