This is an online talk from Butterfly Conservation, as an introduction to the Small Pearl Bordered Fritillary, how to survey for it and details on the targeted surveys for the species taking place in Glasgow, South Lanarkshire, North Lanarkshire and The Scottish Boarders.

The species has seen drastic declines elsewhere in the UK. There has been declines in Scotland, especially in the priority survey areas. Many records in these areas are over 10 years old and it is key we establish the current status to ensure we conserve this species.
