Portland Moth is one of the threatened species foundat Tentsmuir. On the night of 15th May a small number of volunteers will be at Tentsmuir to look for larvae of this species so we can determine what they eat at this time of year. The search will likely start after 9pm and go on for a few hours. If this is of interest to you and you are able to get home safely at nighttime or camp at Tentsmuir then get in touch with Anthony at the address below.
This event is being faciltated by staff NatureScot who manage Tentsmuir NNR and Forestry and Land Scotland who manage part of the site and the car park. For queries contact Anthony on [email protected]
