Join us for a day learning about the Transparent Burnet, a rare dayflying moth. The training day is being run as part of the Species on the Edge programme which aims to survey and monitor colonies and habitats of Transparent Burnet across the Inner Hebrides and Argyll coast.

The training will be held at a site near to Oban and you will learn how to identify the moth and it's prefered habitat and food plant.

Following the event we are looking for volunteers who will be allocated priority sites to survey,  as well as record any new sites.
