Join us on a trip to Pitstone Quarry to try and find the Small Blue and other spring species.

We also hope to see the Dingy Skipper and day-flying moths such as Burnet Companion.

Pitstone Quarry is a large, shallow, disused chalk quarry. It will be mostly easy, flat walking, but there is one stile to climb over with a short, steep slope after, some scrub and slopes with rabbit holes, so please wear suitable footwear.

Meet at Pitstone Church. Grid reference: SP941149 (Explorer Map 181). Nearest post code: LU7 9HA.
