AGENDA

Our AGM will start with a welcome from our Chairman Mike Slater followed by the re-election of officers to the Committee for 2020 and 2021.

Mike Slater will present his Chairman's Review, the Treasurer's Report will be presented by Keith Warmington and Steve Cheshire will provide a quick update on digital communications including plans for updating the branch website.

Branch Butterfly Recorder Keith Warmington will update us on how our butterflies have fared this year and Mike will report on some of the fantastic conservation work being undertaken in our region by our dedicated volunteers and partners.

David Brown will then provide an update on some of the interesting moth observations reported so far in 2021, followed by a short comfort/tea break.

PhD researcher Jamie Wildman will share with us the latest progress on the re-introduction of the beautiful Chequered Skipper butterfly to the woodlands of the Rockingham Forest in Northamptonshire.

This will be followed by a photographic presentation of the birds and butterflies to be found near Lake Kerkini in Northern Greece.

The AGM will end at approximately 4.30pm with an opportunity to stay on the Zoom call to catch up with other attendees until 5pm.
