Come and join the West Midlands Branch at this lovely reserve to help with habitat management for the butterflies found here.
Ewyas Harold Reserve and Common is full of wildflowers and butterflies, like the Grizzled Skipper, Common Blue, Green Hairstreak, Marbled White, Pearl-boarded Fritillary and Small Pearl-boarded Fritillary.
The meadows are maintained through cutting and grazing.
Everyone is to meet at the northern Cwm Hill end of Ewyas Harold Common, adjacent to the top cattle grid, map grid reference: SO382302/nearest postcode HR2 0AB. Approach from Abbey Dore off the B4347 (SO384306).
Some hand tools will be provided but, if you have your own, please do bring them.
