Dr Susan Clarke leads a Butterfly Conservation project to conserve the rare Duke of Burgundy butterfly in Wiltshire.  At this talk Susan will describe the Duke of Burgundy at Spring Hill, Ramsbury, and will be accompanied by local author and naturalist Peter Marren.  Peter's works include Bugs Brittanica and Rainbow Dust; Three Centuries of Delight in British Butterflies. Peter will introduce Butterflies in Ramsbury, and the evening will be followed by a field excursion to be arranged in May.
