- A set of instructions
You'll also receive a recorded workshop showing you how to make your butterfly. If you don’t have access to the internet, follow the step-by-step instructions included in your craft kit.
Craft to help creatures
It costs £20 to take part, which includes the craft materials kit delivered to your door, access to the craftalong, as well as £10 to support our conservation work.
£10 could help buy essential items like seeds and plug plants that we need throughout the year or improve a 150 sq metre of coppice for rare woodland butterflies.

About the Large Blue
The Large Blue is one of the rarest butterflies in the UK and is also a globally endangered species. It was declared extinct in the UK in 1979 but has been successfully reintroduced at sites in Somerset and Gloucestershire as part of a major conservation programme by a cohort of 22 organisations, including Butterfly Conservation.
By taking part in our craftalong, you will be helping us protect species like the Large Blue from becoming extinct.
