Boost your health and the health of butterflies and moths!

The past year has shown how important being outside and enjoying nature is to our health and wellbeing. Yet at the same time, the devastating decline of nature has also been brought to the forefront, with half of UK wildlife having decreased since 1970.

So this Spring, Butterfly Conservation, Dr Amir Khan and Dobbies Garden Centres, are encouraging people to look after themselves, butterflies and moths by planting pollinator-friendly plants with our Nurture for Nature campaign.

It’s easy to get started and you don’t even need to have a garden – a windowsill can work too!

Sir David Attenborough

"Spending time with nature offers us all precious breathing space away from the stresses and strains of modern life. It enables us to experience joy and wonder, to slow down and to appreciate the wildlife that lives side-by-side with us.”
